These terms apply when you use The Little Gift Store website or place an order with us. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

About us and contacting us

The Little Gift Store sells gift, home, wellbeing and lifestyle products online to customers in the United Kingdom. You can contact us through our Contact page. Our checkout Contact Information policy contains our current business contact details.

Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly between screens and handmade or natural items may have small variations. Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Aromatherapy, crystal and wellbeing products are sold for general lifestyle use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Follow all product instructions and warnings, keep relevant products away from children and pets, and seek professional advice where appropriate.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. You must provide complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Payment is taken using the methods displayed at checkout.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Delivery

We currently deliver only to UK addresses. Dispatch estimates and delivery methods are explained in our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return goods and receive refunds are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. This includes the statutory 14-day cancellation period for most online purchases and your rights when goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Using this website

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at unreasonable volume, or use our content or branding in a way that infringes our rights. Website content is provided for shopping and general information.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when your order is accepted will apply to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland of mandatory rights available where they live. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
