Delivery Prices & Information
We operate on 1–2 working days for dispatch. During busier periods (Oct–Dec), dispatch times may increase to 3–4 working days. We always keep our dispatch times up to date on the website.
Please note that orders below £3 items net will incur a £1 small order fee. This helps cover picking and packing costs.

Important delivery information
Dangerous goods
Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods. These include pure essential oils, essential-oil blends, essential-oil mists, room sprays, organic essential oils, aroma mists, perfumes and other products containing alcohol.
Dangerous goods can be shipped by road only. We cannot send dangerous goods by air.
PO Box addresses
We cannot ship courier deliveries to a PO Box address within the UK. Please provide a full street address.
UK Mainland
Orders 0–2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Orders 2kg+ are sent via APC.
Delivery via Royal Mail can take 2–5 working days after dispatch. Orders sent via APC are booked on an overnight service for delivery the next working day. Large furniture items will need to be shipped via pallet. We will contact you via email to arrange the delivery.
Northern Ireland
Orders 100g–2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Orders 2kg+ are sent via DPD.
Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.
Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands
Orders 0–2kg for the Scottish Highlands will be sent via Royal Mail, and 2kg+ with APC. Channel Islands will be sent via DHL.
