We deliver to eligible UK addresses only. The delivery options and charges available for your order are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery prices
- England and Wales: free delivery with no minimum spend, estimated 3–5 working days.
- Selected gifts: free fully tracked UK-wide delivery with no minimum spend, estimated 2–3 working days. Delivery is included in the product price.
- Scotland and Northern Ireland: some products qualify for free delivery. Other items may have a regional delivery charge of £8.99 or £14.99 per shipment, estimated 3–5 working days.
Rates are applied to each shipment according to its fulfilment location and destination. Checkout is the final confirmation of the delivery options and total charge for your basket.
Split deliveries
Some products are dispatched from different fulfilment locations. If an order contains items from more than one location, Shopify may divide it into separate shipments. Parcels may arrive at different times.
Orders with items from different locations: delivery remains free to England and Wales. For Scotland and Northern Ireland, a separate £8.99 or £14.99 regional charge may apply to each chargeable shipment. Selected gifts remain free UK-wide.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Standard orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and are usually delivered in 3–5 working days. Selected gifts with free UK-wide delivery are usually delivered in 2–3 working days. During the busy October–December period, dispatch may take longer. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by courier disruption, weather, public holidays and seasonal demand.
Remote areas, islands and large items
Heavy, bulky, pallet, island and remote-area deliveries can require a different carrier or additional arrangements. Selected gifts with free UK-wide delivery will not have an added delivery charge. If checkout does not offer a delivery service for your address, please contact us before ordering. We will not apply an additional charge after an order is placed without your agreement.
Dangerous goods
Some products, including essential oils, mists, room sprays, perfumes and other alcohol-containing products, can be classed as dangerous goods. They may be limited to road transport, which can affect availability and delivery times to some destinations. We will contact you if a suitable service is unavailable.
Address and missed deliveries
Please provide a complete UK delivery address, postcode, email address and contact number. Courier deliveries cannot be sent to a PO Box. Additional postage may be required if an order is returned because an address was incorrect, delivery was refused or the parcel was not collected.
Problems with delivery
If an order is delayed, damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please use our Contact page and include your order number. For damage, keep the item and packaging and include clear photographs where possible.
